We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our check-in quick and easy. The hotel is conveniently located close to Bordeaux airport, but we hardly noticed any noise. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, both in our spacious room and in the main communal areas. We also enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing garden and swimming pool areas, which provided a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon. The staff went above and beyond, helping us book taxis and ensuring our short stay was comfortable. The 24-hour reception was a great convenience, and the early morning shuttle to the airport was highly appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is ideal, with easy access to both the airport and city center via a short walk to the bus stop or a free shuttle service. The hotel itself provides enhanced comfort with its well-maintained garden and pool area, which kept our kids entertained for hours. The restaurant on-site was excellent, offering delicious meals for breakfast and dinner.
